Greenfields Volunteer Fire Company has a banquet hall available for your event! Book yours today!

Our rates vary from a low of $400 to a high of $700 depending on the type of event, length of rental (usually 3 or 4 hours) and the amount of people.
The bartender is included whether you have alcohol or not (Note: Our insurance mandates 2 bartenders be present if there are over 100 guests).
Soda system, ice, tables and chairs are all provided!
Have it catered or do it yourself, it is up to you!
You will get 1 hour of set up time. We do the clean up after you leave. (Note: If you need more than the time provided for decorating that can be discussed when viewing the hall.)
The contract you will sign states you are making a donation to the Fire Company and is tax deductible!
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of $150 down at the time of contract signing and the balance will be due the day of the rental.
- The soda system includes the following:
- Root beer
- Ginger Ale
- Lemon Lime
- Club Soda
Ice Machine and the use of the Kegerator is also included! (Kegerator holds 1/2 keg of beer) Tubs and ice can be provided for additional kegs if needed.
Any alcoholic beverages are to be provided by you! No Glass Beer Bottles, cans are OK.
The bartender will check ID’s and serve all the soda/alcohol. He/She will also take care of the trash as needed. If there is a spill or minor clean up the bartender takes care of it.
The use of the kitchen for warming up food is included, however there is an additional charge if the meal needs to be fully cooked.
Kitchen cleanup is the sole responsibility of the caterer or renter. If additional time for food prep is needed that can be discussed at the hall viewing.
- We DO NOT supply ANY of the following:
Utensils (cooking OR eating)
Tea Hot or Iced
We DO NOT provide any kitchen help or servers. You or your caterer are responsible for cleaning up the kitchen afterwards!
We will provide you with, and set up the number of table and chairs requested, however you are responsible for decorating and arranging the tables/chairs to suit your needs.
All decorations are to be removed by, and are the responsibility of, the renter. We take care of cleaning the hall when the function is finished.
